I've done the chant, and I know a lot of people it has really assisted. It's all about finding the best path for you through the mire of modern existence. I'm a Taoist at heart, and I'm getting much better at flowing with what the Universe offers. It supports me directly when I do. Blair: I disagree and agree. Questioning how we spend our free time and excess wealth in a society as privileged as ours, especially after volunteering within the abject poverty of Malawi, is the kind of self-reflection that I consider wise. A statement as judgmental and presumptuous as people are not spiritual even if they think they are is not wise, but for me it inspires anger and self-inspection.
